Even though every good Milian knows Pasta Rosa is made with penne.
What else to do but on a dreary day when it feels like snow but it’s not cold enough and there not much in the fridge.
It could’ve been just sauce but I had a cream cheese bar and I figured that would work since we’re out of milk. Even though I prefer half and half for rosa sauces. Another Chopped Meal and I figured I wanted more creaminess and was looking to where I’d find it and found it sour cream swivels. Cooked it off medium high heat and let it rest on the cooktop and ready to eat.
