Guiltless;
Was what I called myself
When I went to bed early at 1:30am on a federal
Holiday and found that the coffee
Was made before 06:30.
I’ve caught my memos, I’m making one now
I’m calling it poetry and already
Adminished that working-companion
That Us Two, are not alone –
Everyone can slip away for a second.
There’ll be good food either way,
And this time around –
It won’t be so damn distracting.
The Flowy-Drape type style-of-Life’
Isn’t for everyone,
But today,
working-while-I-work(while I live)
Is how I love myself a better tomorrow’
And I too won’t feel so busy tomorrow,
And the entire Idea will feel New,
Like the last time we got around to a leg-like-This.
