Acceleration into drive, the dumplings queen has arrived. Tirably so. It’s that’s time of year where the holidays call for crunchy creation and my partakers are dumplings and croquettes. Croquettes wait for New Years Eve but dumplings can be made in advanced so here I am. Tired forcing my medication to not make me so tired and look past the whirlwind of work. The never ending table of dumplings then I look at the work when they’re all folded up and they look spectacular. Like something I couldn’t have done but want to do. And I have that same feeling with writing so I know it’s there. Writer’s Block affects the Chef’s Mind Status Block. Haven’t been cooking. No zest in ones life.
