So I literally just had the 3 bites of Elk Tartare I had mentioned in previous writing. I just put salt on the previous veg and then topped the elk steaks on top. They were marinated and tenderized flat some with a knife (hey that rhymed! ☺️🥳) and massaged with lemon juice and salt and hot mustard powder.

Great for The Digital Dinner-Countertop to Eat Food Discussed, Standing.

I poured the Tartare with all dayat good flavor and lemon meat rind and onion-curey rich taste and hot mustard and apple cider vinegar. 3 Days. Delicious 3 smallsmall pinches to taste this afternoon when I was getting around to making coffee (waking up in the afternoon and deciding not to rush awake bc if I’m out by 3am I’m usually up about 7:14am. Cycles + Habitual Rituals. Make every morning eating watermelon slices + salt for vengeance watching late nite bizarre episodes. Love it. Nostalgia + Quantities. I finally learned hygge.)

Now I know it well.

Well Enough, and on my own have been pursuing pushing my creativity. Stop researching directions or “recipe-model” more like modules. Fuck it. I bake different. And wanted different and simple different meals.

Overcooked Elk when I like it Rare, but at least I laid down and made time for quality time. Let it run long, it wasn’t burnt nor dry. And I mashed up the chickpeas, cooked-down cabbage, and soft garlic. 

On the blue plate. Not smooth smooth. Almost hummusy, but real clean. Banana Peppers! I put that in the Tartare. Eat em out the jar and the jar is near bottom after 6 Months? Cook a lot with them. Haven’t made a Sub Once. Support Me. Cut the Elk into little overcooked strips. Was delicious. Could’ve refined it. Didn’t.

Was hungry af and needed to eat. An hour in the oven. Could’ve/Should’ve poured out some of the chickpeas juice. Didn’t feel like it. It’ll dry in leftovers pan anyways.

And I won’t get scared if I hear sand-sounds while stir-round-mashing the chickpeas.

Nice old people food. Make it how you like it!

Fork Smash the Entire Microwave Baked Potato with Pre-Packaged Bacon Bits. Drink a sip of the butter melted from the plate-tilt. Feel ashamed. Stir it in. Hella messy and weird-overcooked dry too much steam and knife or fork pokes or slats when I microwaved the potato. Get ashamed. Again!

And eat it in less than 2 minutes.

I grew up on those after ham sandwiches and hating mayo.

Toasted the cereal in the oven. Low-ball Glass round-ground crunch crunch. Hand snipped with blue-nitrile-gloved nails. Get to the juice with the heat. Oil on the crumb after the dry bake before extra grinding.

Tamp tamp tap and swish swish and round the world and crumb blast break and toss the cranberries in and fill in the gaps. Old as Hell. I think Years. They don’t get bad. Shine with Me. Now 🙂‍↔️😉
